SASIMI 2007: Notice to Poseter Presenters

• You are requested to do a 2 minutes presentation at the beginning of the session of your paper, in the hall on the second floor. Your presentation will not be allowed to exceed 2 minutes, since the schedule is very tight. Please prepare your presentation slides in PDF up to 3 pages with A4 size or so, and send the presentation in PDF format to the presentation chair by October 1 (Monday.), 2007. (Other file formats such as PowerPoint are not acceptable.) The file name should be the handling number of your paper such as R1-1, R1-2, etc. shown in Advance Program: http://www.sasimi.jp/SASIMI2007AdvProg.htm. For each poster session, we will make one PDF file including all presentation slides, and you will be able to use your slides in the file shown on a screen using our PC and projector. If you do not send your presentation slides by the due date, you will have to do your presentation with no slide. After the oral presentation, we all move to the poster room at the 1st floor for discussions. Please stay at your poster during the session.
• Please prepare and carry your poster up to A0 (841mm x 1200mm) size or so. You can use a poster board whose size is 900 mm (Width) x 1800 mm (Height). Paper title, the handling number, author names and affiliations should be included in the poster. Poster can be displayed during the workshop.
